Calen Vesper

As a senior-level bean counter, Calen is responsible for Innovative’s general ledger. With a constant eye on the dollars in and dollars out, she spends her days reviewing reconciliations, managing the close process, and analyzing financial statements. She also plays a key role in the overall budgeting and forecasting process while managing the general office administration. In short – Calen is the woman behind the curtain, quite literally keeping the lights on.

Calen joined the Innovative team in August of 2016 as an administrative assistant. She was promoted to staff accountant in 2019 and is currently working on finishing her associate degree in accounting at Hagerstown Community College.

Calen loves problem-solving and collaborating with other departments. Her favorite thing about Innovative is the culture, and she says you won’t find a better group of people to work with.
