About Lauren
Lauren has been involved with Innovative since day one but officially joined the team full-time in 2021 as a sales and marketing assistant. She currently leads the sales support team, assisting account managers and clients with various sales-related needs. Lauren is also responsible for Innovative’s graphic design needs after working for the company in 2020 as a freelance graphic designer.
Lauren’s favorite part of her job is, in her words, “Everything!” She loves supporting the team and being a resource that people can depend on and she feels her role is the perfect mix of spontaneity and routine. She also enjoys refining processes and figuring out new ways the team can be efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The opportunity to work with friends and family that she’s known since she was young is Lauren’s favorite thing about Innovative. She says the culture is welcoming and inspires loyalty, which she can’t get enough of!

SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T KNOW:
She didn’t fly on a plane until she was 24 years old, but has been on 16 flights since! Lauren also has a studio art degree with a concentration in painting and photography. When she was a kid, she would help her dad (Innovative CEO Jason) build servers and “assist” him with projects.
