How To structure Co-Managed SErvices
Think of co-managed services as managed services a la carte. You choose which functions make the most sense to outsource.

Outsource Specific Functions - Customize your agreement as you need. For example, you could outsource one unique function, such as Backups & Disaster Recovery. You could also outsource Day-to-Day Support (while you implement projects), or you could outsource project implementation (while you manage day-to-day support). Innovative can also provide Escalated Level III Support, with Cybersecurity & SOC, on top of your day-to-day end user support.
Co-Managed Help Desk - Our help desk team works alongside yours to offer one seamless experience for your end users. There are several options for managing ticket flow. Either your team receives and triages all tickets (assigning specific ones to us), or we can receive and triage all tickets (sending specific categories back to your team).
After-Hours/Vacation Coverage - Your team needs to sleep and take well-deserved time off. Let our team take over after hours or during peak vacation times.
Multi-Site Support - You can't be in two place at once, but we can.
