As Chief Financial Officer, Nicole Rappaport has been with Innovative since it was founded in 2001. The family-oriented atmosphere and close culture at Innovative is something Nicole appreciates. Despite typically working behind the scenes, she strives to offer a high-touch experience in every interaction. From living in a community where everyone knows your name to operating the day-to-day details, Nicole loves raising her family here and continually expanding Innovative alongside her husband, Jason Rappaport.
